What we provide
LingoExam offers AI-assisted exam practice for exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, JLPT, TOPIK, DELF, and HSK. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse LingoExam, attempt to disrupt the service, abuse other users, or use the product for unlawful purposes.
AI limitations
Scores and feedback are practice estimates, not official exam results or admissions decisions. Always rely on accredited testing bodies for certification.
Billing
Paid plans renew according to the plan you choose. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal linked from your account settings.
Intellectual property
LingoExam content, branding, and software remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. You may stop using LingoExam and delete your account at any time.
Liability
LingoExam is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
